Scholarship

In 2018 the Siouxland Chapter of CFMA established a permanent scholarship endowment fund with the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, Inc. The purpose of the Fund is to provide an annual scholarship for education at an institution of higher learning, within a 100-mile radius of Sioux Falls, to graduating high school seniors pursuing a degree or field of study with an emphasis in construction or building trades. Two $500 scholarships are awarded on an annual basis.

The scholarship application period begins on December 15th of each year and runs through March 15th. Scholarship awards consider the applicant’s desire to enter the construction field, financial need, academic qualifications, and demonstration of initiative and servant leadership.
